A reliable source of phosphate - sustainable and cost-effective

We use innovative methods to transform organic waste containing phosphate into fertilisers that are completely safe. The big advantage we have is that the conversion process is cost-effective and involves minimal use of contaminants.

Waste like sewage sludge, slurry and digestate contains a lot of essential phosphate, but can't be used as fertiliser and are unhygienic. That’s why there’s increasingly strict limits on applying it directly to the soil. This source of phosphorous needs to be replaced urgently. However, the world’s phosphate mines are running low or contaminated.

Our new method recovers secondary phosphate from organic waste to provide a long-term source of phosphate for sustainable agriculture.

Our phosphate fertilisers meet the most demanding quality standards and are perfectly suited for organic farming.

Tailored nutrition

Using multi-nutrient fertiliser products for balanced nutrition makes sure that soil is enriched with the nutrients required to grow high-quality food for a growing population. Only fertile healthy soil can maintain the yields which we need to secure and boost our food supply. All of the nutrients which go into harvested products have to replaced. If they aren’t, the soil will become less fertile, reducing future yields.

Our multi-nutrient fertilisers are balanced and tailored to the specific needs of different crops. This protects the environment and encourages healthy yields. It also minimises nutrient run-off and salt damage.

NPK fertilisers contain nitrogen (N), phosphorous (P) and potassium (K). Different blends of these three nutrients are suitable for different crop varieties. Crops also need calcium, magnesium and a large number of other trace elements. Our balanced multi-nutrient fertilisers contain these and many other essential trace elements as standard because they are made from secondary raw materials containing phosphate which already contain these elements due to their nature.

The idea that you can have too much of a good thing applies to fertilisers too. Giving crops or plants too many nutrients is just as bad as giving them too little or an unsuitable combination. We produce fertilisers that are tailored to specific crops and locations. Get in touch to see what we’re capable of!

Buffer and habitat

Humus is formed by the decomposition of organic substances and brings out new life. It is a vital step in the ecological cycle. Humus returns nutrients from dead plant material to the ecological cycle.

Our humus and soil substrates act like an interfaces between leaving organisms and dead plant materials and keep the ecological cycle intact. They play a vital role in soil fertility.

Top soil with humus contains essential minerals and nutrients which help plants grow. In addition to feeding nutrients back into the cycle, humus is a key habitat for soil-dwelling organisms and plants. Humus also improves the quality of soil. The decomposition of organic material improves pore distribution, optimising the aeration and temperature of the soil.

We can tailor the humus to affect growth in different ways depending on the composition of the growing area. Our humus products also contain important minerals and nutrients like carbon, nitrogen, phosphorous, sulphur, calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, aluminium and manganese.

The only way to make organic farming work is to add high-quality and versatile substrates on a regular basis to keep humus and the complex soil ecosystem healthy. We use cutting edge technology and systems to create tailored humus and soil substrates that meet demanding quality standards.
